UGLYCASH is seeking a Growth Engineer to own our marketing and acquisition go-to-market, from awareness to active customer. One person with the range to operate an entire growth team, using agents, automation, code, creativity, and good judgment.

You will own strategy and execution across acquisition, product marketing, paid campaigns, influencer strategy, email lifecycle, and the agent-powered growth system. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building growth engines and acquisition funnels.
• Ability to design and run cross-channel campaigns (paid, email, content).
• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain automation workflows.
