Job summary

Flux is seeking a growth-focused operator to own end-to-end growth initiatives. You will build experiments, onboarding flows, and tools to accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention.

You’ll work closely with product, design, and marketing, using data and user research to identify friction and optimize conversion. The role emphasizes scrappy tooling, rapid experimentation, and strong communication with technical users.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering growth experiments with measurable results.
• Ability to build onboarding flows and onboarding activation paths.
• Strong technical chops with prototyping and integration skills.
• Empathy for technical users and ability to understand workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build & ship growth experiments: prototype and launch tools, landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion experiments.
• Diagnose user friction using data and research to reduce drop-offs among technical users.
• Optimize onboarding and activation to accelerate 'aha' moments for users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering on flows and integrations.
• Quantify impact by instrumenting and tracking experiment performance.
