Sapho Bio is seeking an Early Career Growth Engineer to turn ambitious ideas into measurable growth. You will build AI apps, tools, and agents, manage knowledge bases for accurate content, and create data pipelines and dashboards to measure impact.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with portfolio projects, readiness to ship, measure results, and iterate in a fast-paced startup. Onsite in San Carlos, CA with a strong emphasis on ownership and learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
1+ year hands-on experience building and testing modern AI tools and evaluating outputs.
Experience creating and scaling technical or scientific content distribution.
Excellent written and verbal communication with biotech context interest.
Portfolio with at least two full-stack prototypes, including results and metrics.

Responsibilities

Prototype and launch campaigns, content, digital experiences, and internal tools.
Build and test AI apps, tools, and agents to accelerate research and content development.
Create an authoritative knowledge base to ground content in policy and facts.
Turn successful work into scalable, auditable workflows with dashboards.
Translate complex technical work into audience-appropriate content.
Own projects end to end and support company growth.
