Sapho Bio in San Carlos, CA, seeks an early-career Growth Engineer to turn ambitious ideas into measurable growth. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of technology, AI, experimentation, and go-to-market execution.

You will engineer AI apps, an authoritative knowledge base, data pipelines, and dashboards. You’ll run the full experiment cycle and translate complex science into engaging content for technical and business audiences. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 1 year hands-on experience building/testing modern AI tools and evaluating outputs.
• Experience creating, managing, and scaling the distribution of technical or scientific content to real users.
• Portfolio or case study including at least two full-stack prototypes; show hypotheses, metrics and approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup; resides near San Carlos, CA.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and launch campaigns, content, digital experiences, and internal tools to test growth ideas quickly.
• Build and test AI apps, tools, and agents to accelerate research, content development, and data analysis; run structured tests.
• Create an authoritative knowledge base for content generation to reduce manual review.
• Turn successful approaches into scalable, auditable workflows with dashboards and playbooks.
• Translate complex technical work into audience-appropriate content.
• Own projects end to end and perform other duties to support growth.
