Job summary

Cresta is hiring a Growth Engineer to own the systems behind cresta.com and to shape how Cresta deploys its AI agents for marketing use cases.

You will architect and build the web platform, create tooling for marketers to ship without engineers, and develop AI agents on Cresta's platform. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, high agency, and the ability to dive deeply into unfamiliar domains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development, web development, AI/ML engineering, or growth engineering.
• Strong across the stack — application code, APIs, data, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts; hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Able to learn a domain quickly and own end-to-end work.

Responsibilities

• Own cresta.com end-to-end: structure, content flow, and connections.
• Define website stack & CMS evolution to meet marketing needs (Webflow today).
• Collaborate with brand/design on interactive experiences; own component system.
• Own instrumentation for GTM stack: forms, gated content, event tracking, attribution.
• Build localization foundation for new markets: locale routing, URL architecture, hreflang.
• Implement engineering practices to ship quickly and safely.
• Support SEO and AEO programs with engineering work.
• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents for marketing use cases.
• Move agents from prototype to production with evaluation criteria and guardrails.
• Provide feedback loop to product/engineering teams to close gaps.
