Decagon is hiring a Growth Engineer to own the technical surface areas that drive growth, including the website and AI-powered demo experiences. You will shape the roadmap, build scalable growth tools, and collaborate across engineering, marketing, and sales to accelerate pipeline generation.

You’ll drive CRO, oversee international expansion readiness, and mentor a growing team of specialists. Compensation reflects 5+ years of growth engineering experience and a strong product mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering with growth/marketing exposure.
Owned a website or growth surface as a product with accountable strategy and roadmap.
Experience across CMS architecture, APIs, integrations, and AI-powered tooling.
Able to hire or mentor SEO/AEO and website operations specialists.

Responsibilities

Own the website as a product: strategy, prioritization, and roadmap ownership.
Build growth tools and AI-powered experiences that scale across channels.
Drive conversion rate optimization with structured experiments and testing cadences.
Collaborate with growth, product engineering, and regional sales leadership.
