Job summary

C.Scale is hiring its first Growth Engineer to own analytics, automation, and revenue operations across a two-sided marketplace. This remote, full-time role focuses on instrumenting the product, building automations, and supporting growth enablement for AECO firms and BPMs.

You will work directly with the co-founders to deploy analytics, activation metrics, and AI-assisted workflows, with SF Bay Area preference but remote work possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in a growth engineering, growth analytics, or technical RevOps role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on Mixpanel or Amplitude experience - built event schemas, funnels, and cohort analyses.
• CRM fluency with HubSpot workflows, sequences, lifecycle management, and custom properties.

Responsibilities

• Own product analytics end-to-end: event schema, dashboards, cohorts, and retention models.
• Translate product usage signals into automated engagement sequences and sales triggers.
• Maintain HubSpot infrastructure: lifecycle stages, workflows, sequences, reporting for velocity and scale.
• Build and operate AI-assisted workflows based on sales playbooks.
• Integrate data across HubSpot, Stripe, Clerk, Mixpanel, Airtable for a unified customer view.
• Collaborate on activation metrics and friction reduction in onboarding.
