The Apollo Theater Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Growth & Engagement Operations Coordinator in New York, NY (Hybrid) to support the Growth & Engagement department with administrative and operational leadership. You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and event logistics while coordinating meetings with donors and partners.

The role emphasizes meticulous data management, cross-team collaboration, and proactive execution to back strategic initiatives and major events at the Apollo's venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in administration, event coordination, or project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite and project management tools (Asana, Monday).
• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Budget maintenance and real-time budget tracking.
• Invoice processing and accounts payable workflow coordination.
• Contract execution and filing of vendor agreements and contracts.
• Travel, hospitality, and on-site event logistics support.
• Meeting management and minutes; donor communications support.
• CRM data maintenance and partner interactions documentation.
