Job summary

ICF’s utility practice is growing, and we’re seeking a Growth Enablement intern for a 10-week, full-time program starting in June 2027. This hybrid role (2x per week) is based in Reston, VA or Arlington, VA, with no relocation or housing assistance.

You will support BD by developing client materials, refreshing the proposal content library, and designing PowerPoint visuals, leveraging AI tools under the PAGE Team. By start date, a minimum of 60 college credits in related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to learn new things quickly.
• Experience conducting research, organizing, and analyzing information.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skill in SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build hands-on experience in business development (BD) operations by supporting the Growth Enablement team and SMEs in developing client-facing materials.
• Audit and refresh outdated content in the proposal content library.
• Design editable PowerPoint graphics and visuals that translate complex ideas.
• Explore and apply AI tools to accelerate content development.
• By start date, a minimum of 60 completed college level credit hours in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Environmental Studies, or related field.
