Job summary

Pet Food Express is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors for our Oakley, CA distribution center. The role focuses on accurately selecting, preparing and staging products for shipment, reporting to the Outbound Distribution Supervisor and supporting warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate is a team player with attention to detail, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Mon-Fri with potential overtime; non-exempt, temporary FT through agency, with conversion

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in warehouse or distribution.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasional 75 lbs).
• Flexible schedule including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, shrink wrap and stage orders for shipment.
• Meet production rates and lines-per-hour standards.
• Maintain productivity while prioritizing safety and accuracy.
• Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
• Verify inventory with RF scans and update records.
