Job summary

Pet Food Express is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors to join our Oakley, CA distribution center. Responsible for selecting, packing, staging, and shipping products to stores, you will report to the Outbound Distribution Supervisor and support all warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy and productivity.

The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Ride-along pallet jack (walkie rider) experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally 75 lbs).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable around forklifts, machinery, trucks, and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, shrink wrap and stage orders for shipment.
• Meet production rate and productivity goals with accuracy and safety.
• Operate pallet jacks and RF scanners to move and organize products.
• Perform inventory counts and restock to maintain stock levels.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Report inventory discrepancies or safety hazards to supervisors.
