Job summary

Rally House in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full lifecycle recruiting for store leadership and corporate roles. You will partner with Operations leadership and the Marketing team to ensure staffing levels meet regional needs and to attract top talent across our 300+ stores.

You will craft sourcing strategies, lead recruitment marketing efforts, and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices.

Qualifications

• At least one year of full life cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Preferred experience in retail recruitment and agency recruitment.
• Knowledge of talent attraction trends and candidate experience best practices.
• Proficient with ATS and CMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support full life cycle recruitment for assigned markets.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to staff new stores.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies.
• Educate hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Partner with Marketing to align employer branding.
• Provide sourcing tools and resources for social channels.
