Job summary

PSG Global Solutions in Miami is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end strategy and operations across multiple sites. The role covers procurement, commodity sourcing, logistics, demand planning, inventory, and performance management.

The candidate will oversee cost and service levels, build a scalable org, and implement ERP and planning systems across the network. Onsite work schedule Mon-Fri, with a focus on perishable/frozen supply chains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership, director-level experience ideal.
• Experience leading multi-site supply chain operations in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy across multiple sites, including procurement and production planning.
• Oversee beef/commodity sourcing, procurement, supplier relationships, and risk management.
• Lead logistics and freight operations, optimizing costs and on-time delivery.
• Build and develop the supply chain organization with standardized processes and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Quality, and site leaders to improve metrics.
• Drive ERP, planning, and spend-visibility system implementations and scaling.
