Qualifications

3-5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments.
Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and analyze merchandise mix and customer demographics.
Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with programs and policies.
Ensure a positive shopping experience with high standards of customer service and presentation.
