Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales and control expenses.
• Recruit, train, and manage a large team including Assistant Managers.
• Develop plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory and pricing.
• Lead loss prevention and ensure compliance with company programs.
