J.Jill is seeking a collaborative Store Manager in Mobile, AL to lead a high-energy team and drive a profitable, customer-centric store experience. You will coach staff, analyze sales trends, and deepen product knowledge to deliver personalized styling advice.

You will maintain operations, manage inventory, and ensure visual standards while fostering an inclusive, upbeat culture that reflects the brand’s values. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Women’s Specialty Retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Experience in analyzing business trends and executing action plans.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity with confidence.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
