You will lead hiring, scheduling, and performance expectations while enabling workforce development and ensuring efficient daily store management.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail and management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

• Assists in action plans to improve operating results and training.
