Evlo AI is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive measurable acquisition and engagement across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and landing pages for a fast-growing tech company.

You will turn audience insights and campaign data into qualified demand, partnering with content, product marketing, sales, and design to optimize conversions throughout the funnel and to keep campaigns aligned with business goals in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a tech environment.
• Experience with GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into optimization plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Bonus: SQL, HTML/CSS, Looker Studio, Salesforce reporting, or A/B testing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms
• Build and maintain landing pages, email journeys, forms, and lead-nurture workflows using HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent tools
• Manage SEO execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, internal linking, and performance reporting
• Analyze GA4, CRM, and advertising data to track traffic, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, lead quality, and pipeline contribution
• Run A/B tests across ad creative, email subject lines, landing-page copy, and calls to action; document results and recommendations
• Coordinate the content and campaign calendar with writers, designers, product marketers, and sales stakeholders
• Create recurring dashboards and performance reports using Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
