Evlo AI in Boston is seeking a results-driven SEO/SEM lead to own organic and paid search performance, collaborating with marketing, content, and web engineering to boost rankings and pipeline.

You will conduct technical audits, plan campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, build content gaps, and supervise analytics across GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager to report on ROI. Strong ROI accountability and budget management are required.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience in tech.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, GA4, and Search Console.
• Strong technical SEO skills: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, speed, and structured data.
• Experience managing six-figure paid search budgets with ROI accountability.
• Proficiency in HTML tagging and either SQL or advanced spreadsheets.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent.
• Bonus: CMS (WordPress/Webflow), Looker Studio or Power BI, and programmatic/paid social.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the SEO roadmap: technical audits, on-page optimization, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns with keyword research and testing.
• Build and maintain keyword/content gap analyses to inform editorial and landing pages.
• Manage tracking and measurement across GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager; report on rankings, traffic, CPL, CAC, pipeline.
• Run structured A/B tests on landing pages, ads, and metadata.
• Monitor algorithm updates and competitors; adjust strategy and communicate impact to leadership.
• Manage agency and tool relationships, including SEM budget and bid management platforms.
