Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a data-driven SEO/SEM professional to own organic and paid search across our web properties. You will align marketing, content, and engineering to drive qualified traffic, optimize CAC, and grow pipeline.

You will manage budgets across Google Ads and Bing and lead technical SEO initiatives. You will build keyword and content strategies, report on performance using GA4 and Looker Studio, and collaborate with writers and engineers to implement improvements across site

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience
• Deep working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads
• Experience with enterprise SEO platforms (Semrush/Ahrefs/Moz)
• Solid grasp of technical SEO: crawling, rendering, indexation, structured data, site speed
• Experience managing six-figure paid search budgets
• Comfortable analyzing data in Excel/Sheets and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field (or equivalent)
• Bonus: HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript rendering, programmatic SEO or AI search surfaces

Responsibilities

• Own the technical SEO roadmap: audits, crawl/indexation fixes, Core Web Vitals, schema, site architecture with engineering
• Build and execute keyword and content strategies with writers to ship optimized pages
• Manage paid search campaigns end-to-end in Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Track rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversions; build dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio
• Run experiments on landing pages, ad copy, SERP features to improve click-through and conversions
• Manage agency and tool relationships (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console)
• Monitor algorithm updates and competitor movements; communicate impact to leadership
