Job summary

Monaco Solicitors is seeking a growth-focused SEO leader to own our organic growth engine. You will drive end-to-end SEO across technical, on-site, and off-site pillars, relying on GA4 and Search Console to measure impact.

A key part of the role is making AI search deliberate, measurable, and dominant, and ensuring content finds its way to users and AI answers. You will report growth in leads and revenue, not just rankings, and you’ll own the strategy with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience driving growth through organic search results with measurable leads/revenue.
• Ability to own end-to-end organic growth strategy across technical, on-site and off-site SEO.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI search to improve findability and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic growth number, with leads and revenue reported monthly.
• Lead traditional SEO across technical, on-site and off-site pillars using GA4 and Search Console.
• Develop and optimize AI search (GEO) strategies to be deliberate, measured and dominant.
• Ensure content is findable by improving content discoverability in Google and AI answers.
• Demonstrate growth with before/after metrics, timeframe, and personal accountability.
• Balance technical, on-site and off-site SEO levers based on impact.
