Job summary

Right Hook Digital is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to transform customer insights and performance data into growth-oriented creative for DTC/eCommerce brands across the USA and Canada. You will own creative strategy, testing roadmaps, and messaging frameworks across UGC, video, static, and carousel formats.

You’ll work with a cross-functional squad to drive measurable results, coach designers, and collaborate with Growth Strategists and Media Buyers to align creative with campaign

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance creative strategy for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Strong experience developing and testing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid social creative.
• Proven track record of direct-response creative improving performance.
• Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused messaging.
• Confident in communicating with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the ad creative across a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce brands and develop strategy and testing roadmaps.
• Analyze creative performance to identify winning concepts and opportunities for testing.
• Develop performance-driven concepts including angles, hooks, messaging, scripts, and briefs across formats.
• Apply customer psychology and direct-response principles to address motivations and objections.
• Collaborate with Growth Strategists and Media Buyers to align creative with objectives and priorities.
• Maintain high creative quality and provide actionable feedback to improve execution.
• Guide Visual Designers to develop judgment and performance-oriented execution.
• Work with clients on strategy calls, content planning, and shoot guidance.
• Contribute to creative frameworks and processes to improve ideation, briefs, testing, and learning.
