DEPT is seeking a Creative Strategist to drive digital advertising performance through strategic creative planning, testing, and optimization. You’ll translate data into actionable insights, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across Media, Client, and Creative Production teams.

You’ll bring 2+ years in creative strategy, experience with Meta/TikTok/Google, and storytelling skills. This remote role reports to the Associate Director of Creative Strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Creative Strategy or related digital marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with paid media and creative testing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a data-driven story.

• Analyze paid media results and generate actionable creative insights.
• Develop and maintain creative testing roadmaps aligned with KPIs.
• Partner with Media, Client, and Creative Production teams to implement tests.
