Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager in Manning, SC to grow sales via rental agreements and new customer acquisition. You will deliver white-glove customer service in-store and at customers' homes, ensure safe loading/unloading of products, and support merchandising and store presentation.

Minimum requirements include 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a service mindset.
• Handle deliveries, pickups, loading/unloading and installation following procedures in stores and customers' homes.
• Maintain an inviting, organized store and collaborate with coworkers to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
