Blufox Mobile is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Chicago location. The role focuses on coaching staff, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced telecom retail setting.

You will manage daily store operations, develop staff, and execute strategies to exceed revenue targets while maintaining excellent service and community relations, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, or Wireless Store Manager
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and hit performance goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with customer service and community relations
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired
