Costello’s Ace Hardware is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales across DIY and B2B channels, and oversee budgeting and staffing. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage inventories, and maintain store safety and signage.

• Retail Sales experience 3 year (Required)
• Retail Math experience 3 year (Required)
• Leadership experience 3 year (Required)
• Bi-lingual (Preferred)
• Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across all channels including DIY, B2B, and services.
• Recruit, train and develop staff to achieve store objectives.
• Manage store finances, budgeting and KPI reporting.
• Maintain store signage, safety protocols and merchandise flow.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements.
