Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience in retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals.
• Manage and control store assets, inventory, and expenses.
• Direct and oversee sales efforts; train and mentor sales staff.
• Monitor sales statistics and labor to ensure profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain security and prevent shrink; collaborate with Asset Protection.
• Coordinate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
