Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with personnel management, food planning, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations and drive hospitality.
• Proven leadership with coaching and excellence focus.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
