Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, purchasing, sanitation, and health codes.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated hospitality orientation with strong team motivation.
• Strong leadership with coaching and excellence focus.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
