Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards, encouraging ideas, removing roadblocks.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and cash Controls.
