Job summary

EquipmentShare in Pasadena, TX is hiring a Rental Coordinator to join our growing rental team. You will respond to inquiries, guide customers through the rental process, and ensure the right equipment is delivered on time.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours; you’ll build relationships with contractors, support our tech-enabled platform, and contribute to a safe, efficient rental experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with the level of service.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
