Fairway Lawns is seeking an energetic Recruiter to support rapid growth across our network. You will manage the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing candidates to presenting offers, while building strong relationships with applicants and hiring teams.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in recruiting, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple openings and coordinate interviews efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter.
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and reaching out to candidates through multiple sources (job boards, networking, inbound applications)
• Phone screening and interviewing applicants to assess a match to our openings
• Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to set up and schedule interviews
• Providing transparency to candidates regarding pay, benefits, job duties etc.
• Extending and negotiating offers
