United Care ABA is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our mission-driven team in the New York area. We offer flexible scheduling with in-home and center-based options, competitive pay, and a supportive environment focused on growth and client outcomes.

As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team to help children develop communication, social, and daily

Formación

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete before start date.
• Experience with children in educational or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, initiative.
• Detail-oriented and dependable; able to follow treatment plans and collect data.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social and daily living skills.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and participate in trainings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
