Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our residential portfolio. You will assist with lease renewals, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations to ensure high occupancy and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, including calls, requests, and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including ads and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs, and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
