Job summary

Yazio, a nutrition app serving millions of users across 150+ countries, is seeking a Growth Product Designer to own the full product design lifecycle for Growth—from discovery to launch. You will prototype and deliver final UI in Figma, shaping experiments to optimize activation, conversion, and retention.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and Growth Analytics to test ideas, iterate quickly, and apply data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with consumer mobile apps and freemium models.
• Strong skills in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
• Ability to run and learn from design experiments and tests.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth design from discovery through launch with prototyping and UI in Figma.
• Shape and analyze A/B tests with PMs, engineers, and Growth Analytics.
• Improve onboarding and week-one activation with gamification elements.
