Hillberg & Berk is seeking a Senior Director, Planning & Allocation to lead the integrated planning function for demand forecasting, inventory planning, OTB, allocation, and replenishment across Retail, Ecommerce, and Wholesale. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll own the inventory investment plan and shape margin, cash flow, and growth.

Competenze

• 10–15 years in demand/inventory planning, merchandising, or allocation in multi‑channel retail.
• Experience coaching planners and leading a planning function at scale.
• Proven accountability for inventory investment/OTB with margin impact.

Mansioni

• Lead multi‑year Planning & Allocation roadmap aligned to long‑range plan and store expansion.
• Own the inventory investment plan, budget, cash outlay, margin, and risk.
• Build and test forecasting models; modernize tools into scalable, automated systems.
• Define AI integration in forecasting and planning as a source of insight, not replacement.
• Set allocation and replenishment strategy across channels; lead high‑stakes launches.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and channel leaders for cohesive planning.
• Lead and grow a lean team, developing bench strength for scaling.
• Translate data into clear, decision‑ready executive recommendations.
