Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a Director of Planning to lead financial planning, inventory strategy, and demand forecasting across all DTC channels including Comfrt.com and mobile app. The role reports to the VP of Planning and focuses on growth, profitability, and building a world-class planning organization.

The candidate will own budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Production, Ecommerce, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in merchandise planning, buying, inventory management or ecommerce planning
• 8+ years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
• Deep expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization and margin management
• Experience with DTC, omnichannel, and ecommerce business models

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and inventory strategy across all DTC channels
• Manage OTB budget and seasonal buy planning
• Build 18–24 month demand forecasts by channel and category
• Oversee replenishment, SKU positioning, and inventory optimization
