Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state of Tennessee Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification and ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with EMR and basic IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assess ROM, strength, balance, and daily activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Maintain records and prepare reports per facility procedures.
• Supervise staff and auxiliary personnel in patient care as needed.
• Contribute to program development and participate in ongoing education.
