• Typing 45+ WPM and comfort with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Discuss client coverage needs, gaps, and policy changes.
• Provide policy reviews and remarket renewals as needed.
• Follow retention processes to support agency goals.
