Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver best-in-class client experiences and support long-term financial goals at the Houston branch. You will participate in a structured Banking Navigator program to develop product knowledge, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.

The nine-week training includes virtual facilitation, self-paced eLearning, on-the-job training, and hands-on exercises. Successful graduates join a branch team with ongoing development and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of sales or customer service experience; college degree is a plus or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
• Experience with banking, retail sales operations and/or contact center operations (phone, email, chat).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long-term client relationships; provide consultative conversations and assess financial needs to offer bank products.
• Open a full range of retail products, including loans, for new and existing clients by making recommendations during service transactions.
• Educate clients about services like online banking, Bill Pay, E‑Statements, and mobile/ATM deposits.
• Resolve simple to moderate client problems while maintaining high client experience and satisfaction.
• Provide teller transactions (cash checks, withdrawals, balances) while deepening client relationships.
• Follow internal controls, audit, security, and compliance policies and regulations.
• Engage in professional development through training and coaching sessions to improve product knowledge and client relations.
