Job summary

Montgomery Code is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth for clients across Meta and LinkedIn, owning campaigns end-to-end. You will connect ad spend to revenue, build dashboards with Claude Code, and lead testing roadmaps while collaborating with writers and designers to translate insights into stronger creative.

You will report directly to the Founder, manage multiple client accounts, and operate in a fast-paced, results-driven agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid social or performance marketing.
• Hands-on Claude experience with dashboards and reporting.
• Experience managing Meta and LinkedIn budgets and reporting.
• Proactive, independent problem-solver with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Build testing roadmaps and dashboards via Claude Code.
• Manage client communications and reporting rhythms.
• Maintain account hygiene and scale client accounts.
• Collaborate with creatives to translate insights into briefs.
