Job summary

Montgomery Code is hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager to drive client revenue through Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, owning the paid program end to end from strategy through optimization.

Reporting to the Founder, you’ll build testing roadmaps, dashboards, and knowledge bases, translate performance insights into creative briefs, and ensure budgets scale with revenue and pipeline in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid social or performance marketing with hands-on growth ownership.
• Experience managing Meta Ads budgets, optimization, and reporting.
• Hands-on Claude experience, including dashboards and knowledge bases.
• Interest in technical products and the people who build them.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to ship client-ready work with minimal revision.

Responsibilities

• Own paid campaigns end-to-end across Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts with multi-million-dollar annual spend.
• Communicate priorities, results, insights, and revenue-driven recommendations.
• Build testing roadmaps across audiences, creatives, formats, and placements.
• Create dashboards and knowledge bases to scale client context and learnings.
