Babbel is seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to join our New York City team. You’ll help run paid ad campaigns, see what’s working, and help decide what we test next. You’ll work alongside experienced marketers and get hands-on with the tools and numbers behind paid growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a college or university program.
• Marketing, business, or data-related majors are a plus.
• You like numbers and feel comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets.
• You’re organized and can juggle a few things at once.
• You communicate clearly, in writing and in conversation.
• Bonus: experience with ad platforms, analytics tools, or subscription businesses.

Responsibilities

• Help run paid ad campaigns across search, app, social, and display: set up campaigns, monitor functionality, and manage budgets.
• Build regular performance reports and track spend, installs, subscriptions, and subscriber cost.
• Analyze data to spot what works and what doesn’t, and suggest tests.
• Study ads and competitors to identify effective hooks, messages, and formats.
• Assist tests on ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audiences, and summarize learnings.
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Martech teams.
