Job summary

Dollar Shave Club is hiring a Paid Media Operations Analyst to join the Growth team in Durham, NC. This full‑time, 1099 contractor role focuses on day‑to‑day operations for performance media, including search and social buying, trafficking, tracking, and optimization.

You’ll support a fast‑paced team responsible for large monthly media spend and KPI targets, with opportunities to learn from an experienced group through training and development.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or unrelated degree with 1-3 years of experience
• Platform familiarity with modern search engines and social media channels as a fluent user
• Strong ability to synthesize trends and data into actionable insights
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple platforms and workflows while maintaining attention to detail
• Adept at communicating with many team members in a fast-paced environment
• Previous internship or other experience involving paid media strategy or digital marketing is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the growth team in planning and executing content across platforms
• Oversee digital campaigns end-to-end, from inception to launch
• Monitor budget pacing and recommend changes to hit performance targets
• Conduct ongoing optimizations across the campaign lifecycle
• Collaborate with the team to brief and review creative assets
• Track and report performance metrics and extract learnings
• Support end-to-end execution of affiliate and UGC campaigns across platforms
