Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in a dental or medical clinic, preferably multi-specialty
• Excellent customer service experience
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the practice and execute business objectives
• Coordinate with doctors/providers and staff on priorities
• Audit patient schedules and data entry, and manage referrals and supplies
• Support front office in presenting post-exam consultations and financing
• Collaborate with Recruiting to hire high-performing staff
• Lead team development, coaching, and performance documentation
