Rock Dental Brands is seeking a growth engineer/office manager to lead the orthodontic practice operations in the Birmingham area. You will oversee planning, organizing and directing resources, ensuring a positive patient experience and a smooth daily workflow.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to drive a dynamic, patient-centered environment across our clinics.

Qualifications

• Orthodontic assistant experience preferred.
• CPR training.
• 2+ years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Proven work history of excellence

Responsibilities

• The Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business. Ensures a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to our patient base.
