Job summary

Invicti Security is hiring an AI‑first, Senior Marketing Web Developer to own our marketing website in a hybrid capacity. You will manage site infrastructure, coordinate across marketing, operations, design, and demand generation, and drive enhancements with AI‑assisted workflows.

You will build and maintain pages in Webflow, oversee integrations with CMS, CRM, and marketing tools, and use analytics to optimize funnels and lead acquisition.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Webflow experience building production marketing sites.
• Experience owning a website’s operations and coordinating stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms, tag management, forms, and integrations with marketing/sales tools.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (GA4, etc.) and data-driven funnel diagnosis.
• Experience with growth or lead-acquisition contexts for marketing websites.
• Practical use of AI tools to speed up web workflows with disciplined, evidence-based approaches.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical/non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Website build and maintenance in Webflow (or similar platform).
• Own website operations: triage requests, set priorities, coordinate with design/content/demand gen/engineering.
• Manage web stack integrations: CMS, forms, tag management, marketing automation, CRM connections.
• Track site performance and funnel metrics; translate data into a prioritized roadmap of experiments.
• Partner with growth marketing on conversion paths to drive lead acquisition.
• Leverage AI tools for content variations, QA, personalization, and reporting where appropriate.
• Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and status to stakeholders; be the single point of accountability for the site.
• Take on evolving duties and special projects aligned with Marketing priorities.
