Job summary

Invicti Security seeks an AI-first, Senior Marketing Web Developer to own the marketing website. You will manage the web platform, coordinate across teams, and be the single point of accountability for a site driving critical pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Webflow experience building production marketing sites.
• Experience owning a website’s operations, prioritizing requests and coordinating stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms, tag management, forms, and integrations with marketing/sales tools.
• Familiarity with web analytics (GA4) and using data to diagnose funnel issues and drive fixes.
• Experience in growth/lead-acquisition contexts and collaborating with growth marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain marketing website pages and components in Webflow or similar platforms.
• Own website operations: triage requests, set priorities, coordinate with design, content, demand gen and engineering.
• Manage web stack integrations (CMS, forms, tag management, marketing automation) ensuring clean data flow to CRM systems.
• Track site performance and funnel metrics; translate findings into prioritized experiments and improvements.
• Collaborate with growth marketing on conversion paths to optimize lead acquisition.
• Apply AI tools where they genuinely accelerate workflows, else favor evidence-based approaches.
