Job summary

Invicti is seeking an AI-first, Senior Marketing Web Developer to own our marketing website. You will manage the web platform, coordinate with marketing, design, and demand generation, and ensure the site operates as a shared asset across teams.

You will lead build, maintenance, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows, balancing speed with scalable structure, in a hybrid role that drives pipeline while maintaining site quality.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Webflow experience building production marketing sites.
• Owns website operations, prioritizes requests, and coordinates with design, content, demand gen, and engineering.
• Experience with CMS, tag management, forms, and integrations between the website and marketing/sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Website build and maintenance: Design, build, and maintain marketing website pages and components in Webflow (or a comparable visual-development platform).
• Operations and coordination: Act as the central owner of the website — triaging requests, setting priorities, and coordinating with teams so changes ship smoothly.
• Tooling and integrations: Manage the web stack — CMS, forms, tag management, marketing automation, and 3rd party integrations.
• Analytics and funnel optimization: Track site performance, conversion, and funnel drop-off using analytics tools and translate data into a prioritized roadmap of experiments.
• Growth and lead acquisition: Partner with growth marketing on conversion paths to support lead acquisition.
• AI-assisted workflows: Use AI tools to speed up workflows where appropriate, with a careful balance to avoid over-automation.
• Communication: Keep stakeholders informed on roadmap, tradeoffs, and status; be the go-to for website state.
• Evolving duties: Take on special projects aligning with Marketing priorities.
