Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, healthcare outreach, or business development preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building referral networks.
• Ability to work independently in community settings and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, senior centers).
• Generate and track client leads through community outreach and networking.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and 'lunch and learns'.
• Represent the company at local events, health fairs, and networking groups.
• Educate potential clients and partners on services offered by CareBuilders at Home.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into active clients.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and revenue goals.
